Refund policy
We do our best to ensure that all of our products, completed repairs, and installations are of the highest quality and meet your expectations. Each project begins with an in-depth consultation and project quote before we begin. You will be required to sign a work agreement in order to begin your project that confirms that we have answered all of your questions and that you agree to the work Western Locksmith will perform for you. Before signing this agreement, it is expected that you will disclose any and all information that our locksmiths may need to properly complete your project. Please address any questions or hesitations you have at this time. Once this work agreement has been signed, we do not offer refunds for our services. In the event there is an unforeseen issue, we are, however, committed to your satisfaction and will be happy to address any issues that may arise and will do our best to help.
